Community

Being a country based company Vega are keen to be part of the Community and put aside money to support their staff in their interests.  Any member of staff is able to ask for support for an initiative, each request is considered on its merits, the money required and the money available at the time.

Previous donations have been to a school in Africa to pay for a teacher, the local village school where children of two of the staff attended to support initiatives at the school and to British Heart Foundation as sponsorship for one of the staff who did the Machu Picchu Trail as an incentive to change his lifestyle.

Currently we are sponsoring Adam Collings with his aim to achieve success in Motocross.

 

 

Motocross

Vega is proud to sponsor Adam Collings in his pursuit of Motocross racing. Adam who has been riding motorbikes since he was 4 has been racing with Banbury Motocross Club and Portsmouth for two years. He has steadily climbed the ranks to be one of their top 65cc riders. 2012 will see Adam competing at national level in the Red Bull Elite Youth Cup and the BSMA GT Cup, both on his 65cc bike.  We look forward to Adam keeping us posted on his progress through the year.
