
In collaboration with one of our clients Vega has developed a work activity scheduling and monitoring system. The system is available as a turnkey solution or can be customised if required. Built using the Vega Sirius application framework the system is secure and internet accessible.
The Task Activity Monitoring System has become a key tool in helping our client to proactively monitor their workload and rapidly reschedule/reallocate activities in response to changes in their business/staff availability. With a strong escalation processing engine and reporting tool, it lends itself to being used for activities that have to be monitored and reported on regularly for internal or external compliance purposes.

The system is built around a configurable organisation structure to which users are attached – this can take a feed from a company’s HR system. Together with the Sirius Administration module it is possible to define which activities a user may have permission to view and edit.
